"It was too slow"

React to feedback: "Hi! I don't know why I was too slow. We late 10 minutes from the written time, but we musd stop for 5 minutes because an other passenger wanted a brake. I bring you to door of your flat without question from you - it was 3 km away from the original destination.
The negative rating is for the reason if I don't come without that I inform you. So please correct your rating.
